For two decades BullHorn has worked to provide affordable, well-built infrastructure in Nigeria, delivering higher quality, greater reliability and better value, faster.
Our story
Bullhorn Property Management and Development Company was incorporated in January 2004 and began operating in Nigeria in September 2005, after our founder returned from the United Kingdom with professional training in building craftsmanship.
We began as specialists in finishes and mechanical works, chiefly plumbing, tiling, and bathroom design and installation for residential and commercial buildings. That attention to the finished detail shaped everything that followed.
Today BullHorn handles complete construction projects from design through to completion, supported by purchasing expertise, project management and supplier expediting. Our team of building engineers and architects leads the work, and every craftsman works under a trained supervisor.
Leadership
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
BullHorn’s founder and the founder of FROT Group. A Nigerian businessman, philanthropist and investor, Frank trained in building craftsmanship in the United Kingdom before returning to Lagos to start BullHorn.
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Regina leads BullHorn’s day-to-day business and is also Managing Director of sister company Builders Home Stores, which delivers MEP installations across the group’s projects.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
A civil engineer (MEng, UCL) who spent five years at construction-technology company Buildots, leading AI-driven progress monitoring and digital-twin delivery on projects across Europe and the US, and twice named its Solutions Manager of the Year. Amah is completing an MBA at Imperial College Business School.
