Overview
Two buildings, one pool, a complete Ikoyi address
Modo De Souza is a private luxury residential development on Ikoya Avenue in Ikoyi. It brings together an apartment block of two- and three-bedroom homes, a separate villa apartment, a swimming pool, and the security, refuse and external works that make a finished estate.
BullHorn delivers the civil works across the whole site. Our sister company, Builders Home Stores, carries out the mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations, so structure and services are coordinated inside one group from day one.
What we’re building
The scope
Envelopes drawn to scale from the tender documents. Dimensions in millimetres: overall length × width × height to top of parapet.
Apartment block
One block of two- and three-bedroom apartments, served by a passenger lift.
Villa apartment
A standalone villa apartment, built to the same specification as the main block.
Swimming pool
A residents’ pool set within the landscaped grounds.
Security house
A gatehouse controlling access to the estate.
Bin house
An enclosed refuse store, kept clear of the homes.
External works & drainage
Paving, landscaping and site drainage that tie the estate together.

A new chapter
Modo De Souza is also the first project under Amah Momoh, who joins BullHorn as Chief Operating Officer, bringing five years of construction technology and digital project delivery from London to sites in Lagos.
